Synopsis:

Cora knows she’s lucky to be engaged to the handsome Marky Harrison, a former high school football player. As a curvy girl, she knows her place in life and landing a man like Marky is sheer good fortune. But when her fiancé blows up their engagement, Cora retreats to a cabin to cry and rage.

Matt Harrison has been attracted to his son’s beautiful, sassy fiancée for a long time, but he was determined NOT to be that douchebag father-in-law. The alpha male tamped down on his attraction to Cora while his son was in the picture, but now that Marky’s gone, why not act on his deepest desires … even if it means giving Cora a baby?

This is a taboo tale where a curvy girl meets the man of her dreams … who also happens to be her fiancé’s father. Forbidden? Check. Wrong? Check. Utterly sizzling, knock-your-socks-off-filthy, mouth-wateringly delicious? Check check. Click “Read” now! No cliffhangers, no cheating, and always a HEA for my readers.

My Opinion:

This was a cute taboo read. I mean it's a quick read and I enjoyed it. I kind of needed the quick read. Something to get my brain going again after I stalled on reading again. And this is an age gap. The age gap is between our main character and her future father-in-law. The fiance she was engaged to finally discovers his truth. Her mother convinces her to go out to the cabin. Her now ex-future-father-in-law has to get the engagement ring and goes out to the cabin and the time goes on from there.

Baker's Corner-Herbed Crockpot Bread

Preparing to make this bread. Yes, you read that right! Herbed Crock Pot Bread. I probably thought the same thing that you are thinking right now. You can make bread in the crockpot?!? Where the heck has this been all my life! So I decided that I would try this recipe and I'll let a link to where I found the recipe at the bottom along with the recipe itself. I want to give credit where credit is due. So anyways I was pretty stoked to find a recipe that I could make bread in the crockpot. I want to go ahead and make note that all crockpots are different and not all of them cook at the same temperature. So while the times in this may work for you they did not work for me. The recipe is simple to do and fairly quick in the process if you have all of the ingredients on hand. I thought I had all the ingredients on hand only to discover I did not so a quick trip to the Dollar General was in order. Sadly they did not have the items I needed so I made a quick trip next door to ...

This is a fun, sexy, fast read full of hearts and flowers with insta-love and lust. Happy Valentine’s Day! My Opinion: This is a cute insta love book. I enjoyed reading it. It was a quick read that I was very much enjoying. I managed to finish it in about thirty minutes. Mom life and all that kept me from being able to read it as quickly as I really wanted to. But this book was cute. I enjoyed watching the two of them meet. The cute way that they met in a coffee shop and him offering to pay for her coffee without knowing much about her. The way they made plans for Valentine's Day without knowing much about each other. Him being quick to protect her when they went back for the dog. T...

Pizza Roll-Ups a Non-Sandwich Idea

So I've been trying to find some fun lunch ideas for my kiddos to try so they are not taking sandwiches to school daily. I found quite a few ideas that my kids will eat up with no questions asked. I mean it was a surprise on the fact that they would eat these things with no questions asked. I mean I was wondering what I would feed my pickiest eater for lunch during the school year. So during the summer last year we started to try out a bunch of new options for lunch. There are many things that they decided they didn't like and then many things that they decided they liked. Now one item that I made during the summer last year my oldest decided he would eat it all day every day. However, I'll talk about that one in a different posting later. This week I want to discuss Pizza Roll-Ups. I was a little hesitant on this one because my littlest one is not a fan of pepperoni. So let me be completely honest, everything that I gave to my children to try I ate before they did. If I ...
