Synopsis:

Aoi Tsubaki inherited her grandfather’s ability to see spirits—and his massive debt to them!

Now she’s been kidnapped and taken to Kakuriyo, the spirit world, to make good on his bill. Her options: marry the head of the inn her grandfather trashed, or get eaten by demons. But Aoi isn’t the type to let spirits push her around, and she’s determined to redeem her grandfather’s IOU on her own terms!

Aoi has been asked to cater an anniversary dinner for a royal couple, and she’s overjoyed at what this will mean for her restaurant. She and Ginji head to the Eastern Lands to do some grocery shopping at a fancy imported food market. But before she can even find the perfect ingredient, Aoi is abducted! Locked in a crate without her tengu fan, Aoi has no chance of making it back in time to cook dinner for the royals. But missing a good business opportunity is the least of her worries when water begins to flood her prison!

My Opinion:

It's horrible to watch this amazing character be kidnapped solely for the fact that the royals wanted to eat a meal created by her and not the head chef of the inn. Okay well the head chef is not the sole person behind this. His assistants are. The kidnap her to give the honor to the head chef at the inn because they believe that she does not deserve the honor of cooking for the royals that are visiting. Not realizing that the main reason why one of the royals requested her was because they wanted to taste foods that they missed because one of the royals is from the human realm that Aoi comes from.

Is Garden Grill Worth It?

Photo found via Google Search I feel that this particular restaurant for many at Disney World is hit or miss and the reasons for this theory are numerous. We have eaten there three times before and to be honest this was a restaurant that we agreed was one we would like to keep in our rotation but not one to do every trip to Disney. We like to try new restaurants when we go every year. Well in June of 2017 we were planning a very large vacation with my parents and my best friend's family. We had 10 people going to Disney World together. A large party right? A large party at Disney should be a nightmare but that was not the case with Disney.
