Synopsis:

Arkin Savage, has been alone for a decade, and he prefers it that way. A ferocious wolf shifter and known as The Beast of Badlands, he’s stayed hidden in the mountains, content with his solitude.

And then he sees her. His one and only mate.

Calliope Grace is the most beautiful person he’s ever seen. The bunny shifter is small where he’s large, gentle where he’s rough.

And she turns his world upside down.

He won’t let her go, not now that he’s finally found her, not now that he’s experiencing what being alive really feels like.

In the shifter world there is only one thing that really matters. Your Mate. And Calliope is his forever.

My Opinion:

This was something different for me. The page count was low and so it is an insta-love. The insta-love was not what was different nor the page count. What was different was that it was dealing with shifters. Although I have to say that his animal that he shifts into is a predator of the animal that his mate shifts into. I'm not sure how that really works for them but I just guess it works because it's a story. I did enjoy the story. It was cute. It was sweet but I do not know if this would be for me. I just kind of decided to go through kindle unlimited and see if there was something different to read than my normal and this was the one that fit the bill.

August Wrap

Let's just go ahead and jump right on into it. The One by Kiera Cass Book 3 of 5 Page: 323 Published: June 5, 2014 Rating: 5 out of 5 stars Synopsis: When she was chosen to compete in the Selection, America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown - or to Prince Maxon's heart. But as the end of the competition approaches, and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, Ameica realizes just how much she stands to lose - and how hard she' ll have to fight for the future she wants. My Opinion: So much happens in this book. Just so much. I wanted to hate America so much for a short time. I wanted to but no matter how much more I read I could not hate her I just could not. And after a little while one of my most hated characters throughout the trilogy I could not hate either. I just couldn't. I wanted to but the more the book went on and the more things happened I ended up loving my most hated character even more. By the time the book ende...
